sweet baked quince from Greece

Today in the Kitchen of our school we prepeared sweet baked quince.

This activity was part of developing the skils of our studens, the socialization of the interdisciplinary approach to the curriculum oj health education and activities of the European grogram COMENIUS involved in our school.

The result enjioyed the pupils and the teachers.

You can get a taste by opening the relevant video and if you like follow the recipe to make the quince.

The recip, the ingredients and preparation

One pound or more of clams, a bottle of red wine, two cups sygra, cinamon if you like this.

Cut the quince pieces, put then in a pan, cover whith wine, add sugar and bake at 200 degrees in oove for 1 hour or 1:30 if is necessary
