Fruit salad.

Today was the last day before a week off. So our teacher decided to make fruit salad to end this part of the 1st term. We all brought a piece of fruit and prepared a delicious fruit salad. We took the peels to the school garden and put them in the compost bin. We also worked in the garden a little bit and collected the pumpkins an other group growed.
Now we are all ready for a week off!

Learning about traffic.

Last thursday the whole school learned about trafic. We had fun! In the morning we went on a bicycle trip in town. It was not easy but we managed. We also did a quizz on the internet. In the afternoon we should have stayed at school but our teacher decided , because of the nice weather, to go and visit her parents. So we took our bikes again and drove to their house. Tis was fun, we played in the back yard and got something to drink. Back at school, Rudy's class joined us to do some exercices on the playground. There was a siulated trafic situation. At the end we sang the trafic song with the whole school.

Skype meeting SLOVENIA - BELGIUM

On Friday ( 22. 10) we meet each other through skype. We wait for Greek pupils but something was in the air ;) - we could not see and hear our Greek friends. So Slovenian and Belgium pupils said some words and itroduce to each other. It was funny time. Look at us.

22/10/2010 at Greece school 1st special school of Drapetsona - Peiraias, we have a very important event.

We celebratend the opening of our new school bouilding.

All we are very happy!

A very imotitinal moment was the live communication with our partners Comenius Project schools.

Thanks to all quest for cominng to our school celebration and particularly to captain Ann, Geoff, Ann and Xenrik fo good wishes to our starting.

Today we witnessed the opening of the new school in Greece. We saw a nervous Iraklis, dancing children and grown ups having a drink. We waved to our Greek friends. We also met some of the Slovenian pupils who were also ready to congratulate the Greek.

The Belgian team wishes the Greek all the best in their new school!

Today our teacher came back from her trip to Lincoln. We were very curious how it was. Tomorrow we will watch the pictures. She also told us the story of Dejan Zavec. We went on Wikipedia and surched him on you tube. We also looked at the power point Tanja gave us. We are very happy with his autographed picture. Do you know you can box against him on a Internet game?

Tanja, please tell him he is always welcome in our school. We hope he will be happy with the drawings we are making!
